2.- PURCHASE POLICIES

2.4 - Purchases made by legal entities. In purchases made by legal entities, the presentation of the nominated Electronic Rut card (E-Rut) or display of the QR code, both in digital version and also of your identity card, which must be the same indicated in the E- Ruth.
2.5 - Stock. Purchases are subject to the availability of published stock for each product in each store. cvla is a pioneer in stock information. 2.6 - Formation of the Consent and Validation of the Purchase. 3.1 - Prices. For each product, cvla has different prices, all of which are in Chilean pesos, no other type of exchange being accepted, depending on whether or not there is an associated offer and also depending on the means of payment. (a) Products that are not on sale. Cvla offers the following prices:
(i) Normal Price: It is the price of the product when the purchase is made by any means of payment, except cash, transfer and deposit and unless there is any discount associated with payment by check or debit card which may be consulted for each product by the customer at the time of purchase.
(b) Products that are on sale. Cvla offers three different prices:
(i) Reference price: It is the price at which the product is normally on the market and is given as a reference so that the client can estimate the benefit of buying in cvla.
(ii) Offer Price: It is the price temporarily reduced when the purchase is made by any means of payment, except in cash and unless there is any discount associated with payment by check or debit card which may be consulted for each product by the customer at the time of purchase.
3.2 - Prices published in showcases and stores. The prices published in all our showcases and stores correspond to the Normal Price plus online offer, as the case may be. For other means of payment, check the price at the time of purchase.
3.3 - What do the prices include? The prices include VAT. They do not include additional values related to dispatch when applicable, additional guarantees, or any other.

4.1 - Offers. cvla may modify the information given on the website www.cvla.cl, including those related to products, services, prices, stock availability and conditions, at any time and without prior notice, until receiving an acceptance from the client, which will force cvla, subject to the confirmation conditions indicated in number 2.6. 5 - PAYMENT METHODS
5.1 - Face-to-face purchases. It supports the following payment methods:

6 - DELIVERY AND DISPATCH OF THE PRODUCTS.
6.1 - Delivery of the products. The forms of delivery of the products will vary according to the form of purchase and / or the customer's choice:
(a) Face-to-face purchases. Products purchased in person at any of the cvla stores will be delivered: i) immediately after validation of payment, at the dispatch desk for which it is necessary to present the purchase receipt or invoice. ii) by dispatching the products to the indicated address, if the customer contracts it on the spot. 6.2 - Buyer in arrears to withdraw. 6.3 - Review by the client. The customer is responsible for damage caused to the product once delivered. 7.1 - New Products. Every new product has a legal guarantee (the first three months) and, eventually, a manufacturer's guarantee and extended as indicated and / or contracted for each product in accordance with the following standards:
(a) Legal Guarantee As provided by the Consumer Law, every new product has a legal guarantee which is valid for the first three months from the reception of the same and proceeds only in cases of manufacturing failure or when the product does not comply with the features offered. (b) Manufacturer's guarantee Any guarantee offered for more than three months is called “the manufacturer's” and will only give the right to repair the product, unless the respective policy expressly indicates otherwise. That is, if after the first 3 months and until the end of the indicated month, your product has a factory failure, you can request repair of the product by approaching any of our stores throughout the country or directly to the manufacturer's authorized technical service.
7.2 - Second choice or Liq. In accordance with the law, these products do not have a legal guarantee and will only have a performance guarantee expressly indicated at the time of purchase. These products are duly informed and published as second choice.
7.3 - Diagnosis. Any type of guarantee shall be exercised, after diagnosis and certification of the cvla service or the one it designates, which establishes that the failure is covered in accordance with the provisions of each policy or the Consumer Law. For example, and without prejudice to the provisions of each policy or the law, failures attributable to physical damage or attributable to the action or misuse of the client, as well as loss of information contained in storage media, will never be covered.
At the time of purchase, the customer understands and accepts that guarantees will only be made after diagnosis by the manufacturer's authorized technical service, the cvla service or the one designated by it, as the case may be.
7.4 - Deadlines. The statutory or manufacturer warranty terms are counted from the date of purchase of the product. The above, unless the dispatch is in a deferred form and in such case the term is counted from the receipt of the product.
7.5 - Expenses. The expenses or dispatch costs incurred by the client to make a guarantee effective will be at his own expense.
In the case of a legal guarantee (3 months) of a product purchased via the internet and with home delivery and effectively presents a failure covered by the guarantee, determined by the authorized Service or the cvla Service or the one designated by it, in which case only the cost derived from the transfer of the product within the national territory will be covered. Any other expense or cost incurred by the customer to make a guarantee effective will be at his own expense (consequential damage, loss of profit, or others).
7.6 - Replacement Product. CVLA does not offer replacement products while a warranty product is diagnosed or repaired.
7.7 - Technical Service. The times for diagnosis and repair, spare parts and labor depend on the authorized technical services of each manufacturer, which are independent of CVLA.
7.8 - Products purchased by promotion. In the event that for any reason the return of money for a product is carried out and together with it, the client has acquired onerously or free another product for an associated promotion, the exchange or return will not be made unless it is also returned the product purchased or received by virtue of that promotion The product must be returned new, sealed, unused and in perfect condition, which will be verified by cvla. In case the client does not have the product purchased in promotion or it is used or open, he must pay the price of the same before obtaining the return of the main product.
8.- EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY.
8.1 - Consumer Law. The Consumer Law does not contemplate any obligation to the suppliers with respect to granting money returns or making changes of products, except in the case of failures or situations in which the legal guarantee proceeds.
8.2 - Purchases made online or by phone. According to the faculty conferred by Article 3 BIS of the Consumer Law, CVLA does not grant the right of withdrawal or guarantee of satisfaction in any type of purchase, under any circumstances.
8.3 - Product Change Benefit for change of opinion or purchase regret. To make use of this benefit, the client must approach within 15 calendar days after the purchase with the sealed product to any of our stores and present the ballot or invoice, dispatch guide or change ticket. And make sure that the products have not been opened, that they retain their original seals, complete original packaging and in excellent condition, are unused, with all their accessories and with the promotional gifts that have been associated with the purchase. If the client chooses to return the money, it must be requested only by the owner of the purchase, who must present e-Rut or identity card, as the case may be. 8.4 - Refunds of money as a result of the benefit of change of opinion or regret of purchase, or those associated with a legal guarantee, will be made within 7 business days from the issuance of the respective credit note.
